A State Fair Tradition
We are a Minnesota family owned business that operates 12 days a year at the Minnesota State Fair.
We pride ourselves on making great food offering a Mexican menu featuring fish tacos as our signature item. Our Fish Tacos were rated Best New Food at the fair by the Star Tribune when we debuted in 2008, and we won Best Food at the Fair (award given by the MN State Fair) in 2015!! Our latest big hit was the Taco Cone introduced in 2019. We also partner with MN businesses such as Modist Brewing to provide a flavorful Minnesota experience.
We are constantly researching new foods for the state fair.
We appreciate our loyal customers and continue to expand operations. We started out in the Food Building and are now operating on Dan Patch Avenue. Thanks for checking us out!
